Private Jet Ground Handling Across Turkey
Slots, permits, fuel, and handling — secured in writing, owned by one partner, and delivered with Casio Air Service hospitality at every airport and heliport we serve.
The Four Pillars of Every Private Movement
Every private jet transfer we handle is built on the same four elements — each one explicit, confirmed, and owned by us.
Airport & Heliport Slots
We request, secure, and confirm PPR and slot approvals for every airport and heliport in our network — from Istanbul (ISL/IST) and Antalya to regional general aviation fields — and re-confirm 24 hours before your departure so the slot never lapses.
Landing & Overflight Permits
Casio Air Service prepares and files DGCA landing and overflight permit applications for Turkey, tracks approval status, and delivers the issued permit number to your crew and dispatcher in writing before the flight.
Fuel
Into-plane Jet A-1 arranged through licensed suppliers at every station, with competitive pricing confirmed before uplift, quality checks on arrival, and a fuel release order number issued for every movement.
Ground Handling
Full turnaround coordination — marshalling, baggage, ground power, lavatory and water service, pushback, and a named station supervisor present for every arrival and departure of your aircraft.
Lead Times That Shape an Efficient Transfer
These are the notice periods we work to at Turkish airports and heliports. Give us these windows and your slot, permit, fuel, and handling are confirmed before your passengers reach the aircraft.
| Item | Typical lead time | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Airport / heliport slot (PPR) | 24–48 hours | Aircraft type, registration, ETA/ETD, purpose of flight, POB |
| Landing permit (international) | 24–48 hours | Registration, airworthiness and insurance certificates, crew and passenger details |
| Overflight permit | 24–48 hours | Route, registration, and insurance documentation |
| Fuel uplift | 4-12 hours | Uplift quantity in kilograms or litres, preferred supplier if any |
| Ground handling | 24 hours (same-day at major stations) | Turnaround plan, services required, crew and passenger counts |
| Customs & immigration (API) | 24 hours before ETA | Passenger and crew passport and visa details for pre-clearance |
| Catering & ground transport | 12 hours | Passenger preferences, vehicle type, delivery point |
Shorter notice is often possible at our major stations — call the Operations Control Centre and we will tell you exactly what can still be secured, and by when.
Premium Quality, Delivered Airside
Private and executive jet owners and operators judge a handling partner by what passengers feel on the ground. Ours feel a red-carpet arrival, a quiet lounge, and a coordinator who already knows the plan — at every station in our network.
- VIP Terminal & FBO Access — Private lounge check-in away from the main terminal, with discreet arrival and departure routes for your passengers.
- Fast-Track Passport & Customs — Pre-cleared passenger and crew details mean immigration and customs are completed in minutes, not queues.
- Chauffeured Transfers — Executive vehicles staged airside, steps from the aircraft, with drivers and routing arranged to your schedule.
- In-Flight Catering — Menus from Istanbul’s leading hotels and caterers, from a simple crew meal to a full private dining service.
- Crew Support — Hotel bookings, crew transport, and rest arrangements coordinated by your dedicated account coordinator.
- Concierge Services — Restaurant reservations, security arrangements, and onward travel — one call to your coordinator covers it all.

Who Owns What — and How You Verify It
Choosing a private jet ground handling partner should not mean trusting promises. Every element below names its owner, the written proof you receive before the flight, and exactly who to call for any follow-up.
